The often-cited average lifespan of 35 in the Middle Ages reflects very high rates of infant and childhood mortality. For those who made it to 17, I think a majority generally had a decent shot at reaching old age.
During the Middle-Ages, if you survived childhood you had a very good chance of blowing past 35 (believed to be the average life expectancy of the period) and seeing your 50’s and maybe a portion of your 60’s. We know that some people lived to be over 80, but that wasn’t very common.
