( As for the Kitchen Bathroom and no comma, One of my first homes in East Texas in the 70’s was a small “Shotgun” house which I was remodeling and there wasn’t a Bathroom Wall yet so if you wanted to use the bathroom all had to leave the kitchen area. Needless to say this was the First Wall built. ) Those were the days. :-)
