I had actually thought about this about a month ago when people started talking about graduations and the whole school situation being so different this year. Figured there would be little to no T.P.ing going on this year, lol!
I am not sure what is the deal with toilet paper right now. Sure, when it all began, because people did not know what was going to happen, but as far as I know, in quarantines all around the world people have permission to buy essentials, and t.p is an essential, so is not as if people could not buy tp whenever they need it. Yet people don’t poop more. They poop exactly the same, and even with people pooping every day as they do, factories were able to cover the demand. Is not as if because of what is happening people poop more or factories have to make more t.p. Again, I understand when it all began, but maybe people should tune it down a little (concerning tp, not with precautions that may save lives in general)

They probably couldn’t get such a large amount through legal means. If so, does that mean the home owner can be charged with receiving stolen goods?
