As an eyeglasses wearer, I don’t put them on the unlikeliest place. I clip them to my shirt or put them on my nightstand (or even bathroom counter before getting ready for bed for when I’m ready to shower the next day).
When I was in high school, I had prescription glasses, but I didn’t have to wear them around the house unless I was reading. I absolutely did need them for school. Many times I would forget where I had left them, and not realize it until it was almost time to catch the school bus. I had multiple younger siblings, so I would offer a reward of a quarter to whichever kiddo found my glasses first. (At that time, 25 cents would buy two candy bars, with a nickel left over). That always worked! (And my mother had, from the start, informed me that she would NOT be bringing them to the school if I didn’t find them!) Now I’m glad that I’ve had LASIK and lens replacements for cataracts, and I just need “readers”, of which I have an abundance around the house and in my purse.
I got a package with Spectrum, all I wanted was TV and internet, but it was cheaper if I took “voice” with it. So I got the phone service and bought phone for it. The only time I hook it up is so I can dial my cell phone to find it. :-)

On my face, on the night stand or in the neck of my T-shirt. My wife has about ten pair of reading glasses and can never find any.

The bonus is when you find that thing that you were looking for the other day, which was nowhere to be seen at that time.

Just one? Heck, it seems like I embark on one at least every hour.

When I need my readers, the FIRST thing I do is grope the top of my head. BIG time saver.
