The cycle goes: Learn how, get good, push yourself, too hard, do PT (learn how) get better, leave PT get back to good and then remember last time and push yourself NOT too hard. Some people never learn this “NOT” until it’s too late.
Exercising à la Frazz is more of a compulsion. Thirty day challenges are for people who don’t have that compulsion and need a little prodding. For the former, the exercise is the prize, for the latter, the benefits that come with exercise is the prize.

Twice in my life I have been sent to physical therapy. Bot times the therapist exacerbated the injury, one time actually breaking a bone.

30 days is too short of a time to get a body in shape, except for maybe a well fed 18-21 year old.

“overdoing … a little too much” seems redundant…

I hope Frazz also does some occasional mental therapy.

I do a lot of walking, and no, I don’t know how many step or miles.
