In “Godel, Escher, Bach” there was a great guessing game with quotes from art critics and machine generated art criticsm.
I was going to say computer because of the lifeless eyes, but then I though of Little Orphan Annie. That was well before computers. So I’m stumped.
Guess? If you have to guess the computer passed the test.
Did they even have Turing-level computers when this type of comic came into style? (No, they did not.) Ha-ha.
