I was so far out of shape the best I could do on the treadmill was 3 minutes. I walked 3 minutes six times a day and gradually increased the time. Long story short, lost over 100 pounds. Youcan do it.
You’re selling yourself short, you didn’t count the one you did when you got out of bed. And if you’re like me the several you did during the night going to the bathroom. Now that I think about I should be in better shape then I am with all those sit-ups I do.

First, sit-ups are hard on the back. Second, working abs doesn’t do a lot to burn the fat. Eno needs to get his heart rate up. Fat chance…

In high school I did 100 sit ups. That was the max to score
