That’s why God invented 5 AM. It still may be hot and muggy but at least you’re running in the shade. My operating temperatures are 25 degrees to 75 degrees. It seldom exceeds 75 degrees at 5 AM even on the hottest days.
I measure humidity by how many times I have to wring out my sweat band and how long it takes sitting in front of a fan on full in the air conditioning when I get back for my shirt to dry.
Someone here will comment on no masks here. In Canada no masks are OK, only if you are in your “family bubble” and not within 6 feet (2 meters) of someone outside your bubble. If you are in North Caroline or Florida, no one cares if you have a mask or not. They must be impervious to catching the virus. As If!!

Nice green yard until early June. Fried grass since and likely so for another 6 weeks. Just a periodic adjustment? Not a good bet.

What’s he pointing at? It seems like a strange running style.

Running hard and flattening the curves.
