I have a neighbor who walked his bulldog in a stroller in her last months.

Poncho, maybe if you used all four paws you would be able to go further.

to go for walkies or to go for a stroll… which is it, Poncho?

After reading the first panel, I knew exactly how the successive conversation in the second and third panel is going to go! Still funny!

Well Chazz Poncho is a baby so Carmen and you do have a commitment ;-)

First commit the dog before deciding if you want to commit to a baby.

I smelled that coming.

I like how the person walking their child looks like Margo.

Funny. Now I’m thinking there may be a stroller in my future. No baby, One for me. It looks way more comfortable than a wheel chair.

There’s a lady in our 55+ neighborhood that drives her big dog around in a golf cart. Well, they are getting fresh air.

I can’t imagine Poncho having to deal with a baby in the house in addition to all the cats. It probably never entered his mind that someone else could usurp his king of the hill status in the household :-)

So it seems I have understood Poncho’s way of thinking. I knew he was talking about the stroller since the first panel. :-D

There won’t be a human baby. Uh uh. I almost said it.

There are a lot of strollers and baby carriages in the park I go to. Fully a third of them are carrying dogs (and not a few cats too!)

How sad! Are they “committed” enough for marriage too? Most guys I know are “committed” enough for sex, but little else. If a nicer looking gal crosses their path, they transfer that “commitment” to her as long as it makes them happy. Commitment is an overused excuse word; a synonym for selfishness. Look for other reasons to reproduce or not!
