In my observation, an image works even better than a colorful description, on that Twit thing or Facebroke. Back when people actually communicated, though, Frazz would have been right.

Twitter doesn’t have a patent on that. People have been flaming since the internet began.
I live in Arizona and during the summer we fry eggs on the side walk all the time. The temp is always 100°+

A sterile fact can’t be responsible for a pregnant pause.
For the twitterpated, slamming a truth is automatic
“Why not just say what the temperature is?” Because the people who say the phrase aren’t checking it at the moment.
