This is special today . I love the Roscoe , but he does not hold the record , my Mandy finds a way to do that about twice a year . And my wife and I never can find were she found the mess that she got into . Panel two and four are just great . Thanks Brian .

Aw, he likes it!

We rolled in the grass as kids, but my best friend’s mom got really mad when he rolled where the dog went.

I had a chihuahua named Badger who got into something at a rest stop on the Blueridge Parkway. His fir was white, be he came out of the woods green. He STUNK!. I assumed it was bear poop that he had been rolling in. I was so mad, I was just going to throw him in the trunk of the car. My best friend, who loved Badger, said that would be too mean, and instead would hold him in his lap. My friend had trouble getting the smell, not only off his clothes, but even his skin. Thank goodness he did that for me, because the trunk of my car would have permanently stunk.

In grade 1, while some kids were reading “See Spot, see Spot run”, my son was reading “Call me Ishmael” (Moby Dick). We read to him and his sister as soon as they could sit up, every night and whenever else they wanted to. They always loved reading and still do.

Dick and Jane fan fiction! The end of the world must be near. (The way things are going, probably a good thing.)

Sounds right and good poem. We have a Golden Retriever boy, when given a chance will do the same.

“Look at Roscoe! Gross, Roscoe, gross!”

That is a happy dog!

Rolling is better than the alternative: Eat something yucky on the lawn, Roscoe. Eat, Roscoe, eat.

My dog used to love the beach and I used to truly believe she would get dirty just to go to the beach and fill my car with sand. My dog was truly my best friend and actually died for me after always proving she would. I never owned another dog. Half shepherd half pit: my s***. Love is so painful and yet I always love again and again because it NEVER fails.

Boo hiss….Got my stories down and very very sad that my Islander’s lost again last night….boo hiss. Even the announcer said way too many bad calls on the Islanders.

Then roll in grandma’s and gramp’s sheets. That’s a good boy. Regards Chucky.

I can’t tell you how disgusted I was with my beautiful dog the first time she did that.
