Yah… I’d like to do me some take out too, but if you can’t see the ENTIRE preparation process then you are taking a far bigger chance than necessary. And there are damn few places where you can see the entire process from start to finish, if you can see any of it at all.
I have seen far too many individuals out there that take far too casual an attitude toward reasonable precautions. And all it takes is one person preparing your food that you can’t see to infect you and many others. I mean, shades of Typhoid Mary….
….and it’s just not practical, nor very tasty, to disinfect your takeout food once you get it. Nor is is very practical to let it sit for a day or two (obviously) while waiting for any possible corona virus “germs” to die first. 8^/
So no dining in, no dining out, no take out for the foreseeable future. Others can take the chance if they want, but I’ll hedge my bets in my favor.
