Great band that produced such Evergreen songs. I always thought about the reason they gave themselves such a long and hard name, I mean it doesn’t quite Roll off the tongue.
Having millions of dollars, the Founder of Match went on to have a half dozen women living in his mansion and hanging out around his infinity pool. The girls all received a stipends and unlimited cocaine. And he lived happily ever after. The End
The founder of match.com made multi-$millions selling -that and other names he had registered, his ex girlfriend got a t-shirt.
‘PROUD MARY’ should have been a Number 1.
“Sir, we have a voter registration for Oscar Zoraster Phadrig Isaac Norman Henkel Emmanuel Ambroise Diggs, but not for Oscar Zoraster Phadrig Isaac Norman Henkel Emmannuel Ambroise Diggs. Sorry, you can’t vote.”
Yeah, and CCR did all that in a relatively short period of time. One of the greatest hit-making machines of all time. It’s great how hard people latched on to their sound.
CCR was basically John Fogerty, who was eventually deprived of the rights to his own music by the other two surviving members (his brother Tom was long dead). They made a fortune with a crap called Creedence Clearwater Revisited. I grew up listening to CCR and I’m still an active fan.

Flip-flop, hippety-hop, offa your rocker and over the top, life’s a fiction and the world’s a lie, so put on some Creedence and let’s get high.
If you are a Stephen King fan, likely, you would know about this.

Never heard of this band. I only know bands that got to be number one. I know no losers, except the guy on my mirror.

The first album I ever owned was Creedence Clearwater Revival. Only because my dad bought it, thinking it was a country band. 8-Track, bitchaz!
