Just for fun I looked up the difference between a catapult and a trebuchet. Found the trebuchet has a counterweight to propel the payload. The simplest example I could think of was when in Young Frankenstein, the monster was playing on the see-saw with the young girl.

As a ride the positive was no complaints after the ride. The negative was no repeat customers.
