This comic strip seems to have a lot of dentist jokes.

That’s not comforting!

And you’re to be the first to test it.

If you have a dentist with a spit sink then expect a lot of pain because the pain killer consists of “tough it out”, “it will all be over soon”, or “don’t be such a baby”.

Actually my wife took novacaine for her first root canal this year for the first time in her life after six decades of various dental work. I always have asked for full anesthesia for a cleaning.

Friend of mine said that it was obvious that she would have a high tolerance for any emotional pain. She has been married to me for the majority of her life. Well, he says he’s a friend.

Good for the patients. No reason to stress out early.
