Either JJ colored the strip himself, or major kudos are due to the colorist. It would have been quite easy for colorist to be in too much of a hurry to read the text, and have the PJs and sheets be of different hues.
We have a plastic zip bag of change. I thought of turning it in. Problem is our on few trips to stores for food and prescriptions we pay self ring up and pay with credit card and we are mailing the few deposits we have to the bank with a SASE for the receipt to be returned to us. Turning in the change anyway would involved transactions face to face with people – who we are trying to avoid to stay healthy. (Though we probably will get stuck in late January or early February going to the bank to withdraw money from IRA to pay real estate taxes.)

Do you folks still wear red flannel over there? (Asks a Brit)
Doctor Toon almost 4 years ago
Arlo would be even happier if she bought sheets that matched her skin color, and blended in
carlosrivers almost 4 years ago
Forget that, Arlo, just “get under the covers”…;)

@Sephten: The only reason for pyjamas is in case of fire. By the way, the P word does not pass GoComics spell checker.

Janis, are you happy? Perturbed? Let me guess, “Yes”, right?

Compliments to the colorist for paying attention. This strip must seem odd in a black-and-white newspaper.

Combine flannel PJs with flannel sheets and it is a struggle to turn over.
