Sanity is closing the window and getting a mop.

Expediency is moving the chair.

Lazyness is feeling that through your home’s window.

The wind and rain on your rug, not so great. Although I suppose if “rug” is used in the sense of toupee, that might be okay.

well, ya got the wind and rain part down. not too sure about the happiness part though…

Happiness must be another name for mildew.

Now about that wet, soggy chair….ew

Man, I can feel the cold breeze from that from here…

Nothing in the world like the smell of a wet horse – oh, wait a minute – I mean wet dog.

Horace knows he’s never getting his damage deposit back anyway

At race tracks, they enclose the grandstands but the horses have to run around in the rain.

It does stop being fun when your feet get wet inside your shoes. I enjoy the blustery days when I can open up all the doors and windows and let it blow through the house.

I hope the chair and carpet are water proof…

I wouldn’t consider that happiness.
