I can see the chair tipping on Spud, knocking over the desk, which in turn knocks Mrs. Macintosh down.

I actually a little surprised the class is going along with this. I would’ve sooner expected them to just sit there and stare back at them, wondering what the heck they’re doing…sort of like what Mrs. Macintosh is doing right now.

I can’t wait to see these kids as teenagers..

While very dramatic, he gives a good example or how we should all remember and cherish our friendships and bonds…..

Is there any way Wallace can be drafted for President?

My best friend from high school died from pancreatic cancer last year just before the coronavirus outbreak, the protests and looting, and the election hoopla. Maybe he knew what he was doing. So long, Danny.

Being pointed out in class could lead to getting beat up on the way home. “I know which way you go!”

Of the awards one could get … that one’s not bad and I for one would have a place on the mantle if there were a trophy.

If I would’ve ever had a student make that declaration in class, I’d have been very accommodating to both sides.
