Many years ago, I had a brain scan, and went to my doctor to hear the results. She told me they couldn’t find anything, and the look on her face when she realized what she had said, was priceless. We both had a good laugh over it because I knew what she meant.
I banged my head a few years ago and got that line from the ER doctors who had my head scanned and then evaluated the CT scan or MRI, whichever it was. Anymore, I think it’s standard doctor humor for the situation.
