Okay, they got rid of the ballast. However, it looks like the real problem was that Red didn’t do the countdown and that there was no ignition. With a blastoff like they had in the last panel, they should have been able to actually add more to their capsule.

A ha! looks like mom got the 75lbs. bag size of Barko. That weighs almost as much as those two space cowboys combined. Remember as any avid Red and Rover reader would know. Never stand behind the capsule. " DANGER EXHAUST"

Rover was looking out for dinner and playtime! Com on Red!

Rover will have to learn to eat from a squeeze tube just like other astronuts er, nauts.
