Spud: Wallace, you know perfectly well that birds hatch from eggs.

Wallace: Ah, but in this other pocket I have eggplant seeds!

I need to borrow Wallace for a bit. There’s a video I plan to shoot that involves exactly this scenario, and I don’t have time to buy the amount of birdseed I need.

Funny how birds always stay away from you until you show them the goods… talking about a quick change of heart!

Their mothers will now need to do laundry… But the birds are happy, so all is well.

Gosh, I love Wallace.

That took a heap of drawin’, as Pogo observed. Such a crowd hasn’t appeared since Wallace harbored a hatchery in his bedroom.

Spud’s dialogue pieced together(a drama in three panels):

- No, … not … birdseed!

But Spud prefers suet…with ranch dressing.

I don’t see the quarreling finches who whose argument was fierce. :)
