Thankfully, the leaping squirrels are not burdened with fake wings.

When the dog has nightmares, he is being chased by a mean rabbit with with nasty, big, pointy teeth.

Too bad his paws are tucked under so we can’t see the cute little twitches as he runs to chase them.

They look like beavers to me? My rabbit dog definitely hunts in her sleep. It’s the only hunting she’s had since I got her, other than anything that resembles food, has ever been near food, had food stored in it, or smells like food. I still somehow manage to keep her thin. Maybe it’s all the walking we do. With a hound, it’s always good to remember that a tired dog is a good dog.

I love a comic without a serious message. Maria’s dogs are the cutest on the Internet!

I often have pretty squirrely dreams, too.
