Then there’s the sixth stage – roll over and pull up the covers.
That just about sums up my golf game, Aunty!

Stage 1: Shock as the alarm goes off.
Stage 2: Anger as you pound the snooze button with your fist
Stage 2: Anger as you pound the snooze button with your fist again, this time harder.
(Repeat)
Stage n: Fear as you realize you have 15 minutes left to shower, shave get dressed and get out the door.
“And now we’re back where we started
Here we go round again
Day after day I get up and I say
I better do it again" – Sir Raymond Douglas Davies, CBE
This morning around 7:45 I finally found a comfotable position for my sore newly vaccinated arm. Then Mother Nature forced me to get up.
Sometimes I don’t make it to the first step.
My first thought is “What the heck was that dream about?"
I’m glad to be at the age when the only reason I need to get up is when I need the bathroom or get hungry. Though I do need to take my morning meds – sometimes it may be 11:30 am but it’s still morning, right?
The Final Stage: “I need to P”.
