Sadly my wife watches Disney Jr. and the like endlessly, just to have background noise. Aside from pounding Valuable Life Lessons relentlessly, there are some for I guess pre-verbals that communicate with nonsense noises. Bunnies and such. They still manage to impart those VLL, though. While I am trying to read Serious Stuff, it can be enormously distracting and irritating. And FSM forbid I should put on headphones.

Well, I don’t like eating sodium or chlorine, but put them together right and I put that stuff on everything.

Besides, don’t YOU wish you and a nose horn?

but when is entertainment on TV it is a must see for kids!

You can actually learn meaningful things from children’s tv shows. Adult fare? Not so much.

When I was little I hated aliens and robots. Yet somehow Iron Giant was one of my favorite movies.

I prefer life lessons ABOUT vegetables.
