Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
DFCS is the Department of Children and Family Services, I presume. A footnote in the strip would have been nice. I think that Tim has the right idea that Aquarius only wants whatâs best for Peggy. Those three looking over their shoulders may be more of a bad lot than I gave them credit for the last time we saw them, during Tracy and Samâs visit to the front door.
As bad as the new people are Alex is not mister innocent; with the unsavory types he associates with in the drug trade and then telling Bill to pinch from legitimate customersâ allotments. From Wild guyâs account I see Aquarius as a tortured soul.
I just watched this weeks Shameless [on Showtime]. Peggy seems similar to a character there who is the owner of a rowdy neighbors house in the same predicament in south Chicago.
Lot of âtalking headsâ right now, but theyâre advancing the plot, and weâre also getting some especially fine portraits of Tracy & Sam from the art team!
1-SAM: Itâs funny that you changed the spelling of your last name so that it now begins with a âKâ. I recently did that myself. WILDMAN: Yeah. I guess itâs genetic like our love of ugly-ass hats.
2-SAM: What else do we have in commonâŚletâs go through a list of our friends. Iâll start. I donât have any.
3-WILDMAN: I have 4: Motorhead Moe, Daisy, Mama Cass Jr. and Red Black. I suspect theyâd drop me if I didnât have good organic Kush though.
SAM: Iâm not into those fancy vegetables like your Kale and your Kush. Good olâ grocery store lettuce suits me fine.
WILDMAN: Umm, okâŚ
Well, well, well fellow readers. It appears that Gweedo and I were correct in spelling Samâs last name with a âKâ after all. Apology accepted. THIS time.
Tim Wildman has a lot of factual data to offer Sam and the MCU, and he does, but his âvalue judgmentsâ are suspect, as IMO he gives too much credit to Alexâs motives in keeping (most open term for whatever the exact nature of the situation turns out to be) Peggy at The 1312; let us note, however, that he, Cheesecake, and Auntie appear to have an apartment in The 1312 separate from the rest of the commune-dwellers and more private, possibly more safeâŚ.

And the words just keep on coming!
Donât forget that every day spent âsplaining something new is one less day available for a plausible, detailed and satisfying ending.

Especially that blonde girl that looks so innocent. Sheâs surely the criminal mastermind.

If these ânew peopleâ are going to hang out at the commune, Aquarius must be assigning them some odd jobs around the place.
