Yoga, which means the way, is not an exercise routine. It is a religious way. There are four Yogas. Yoga by prayer, Yoga by hard work, Yoga by mediation, and Yoga by position. In positional Yoga you are suppose to hold the position for at least five minutes (longer is better) while concentrating on your breathing. I started doing positional Yoga in my teens and switch to mediation after college. Learning to concentrate on my breathing made mediation easy.
