You have my condolence. It’s really hard to decide when it is time. Thank you for sharing your life in “Bob”.

It is so sad to lose a pet. I’ve had so many wonderful dogs in my lifetime, I share your sorrow of losing Maggie.

I do not like that ride home… My heart aches for you all.

Again Frank, so sorry. It’s a conversation that many of us have had more than once and it hurt just as bad the most recent time as it did the first. We had to say goodbye to Boris, a 14 year-old Corgi, in December, you and family have my deepest sympathy.

Frank , I don’t know if you read comments, but I’m very sorry for ur fur baby loss. You captured the feeling so eloquently. I’ll hold you in my prayers

So sorry for your loss. I had to make the “drive” to an Emergency Vet for my fur baby and I really hated both directions, unfortunately it isn’t easy but it is what we do for the ones we love and have loved.

I was on the phone yesterday with a friend who had to put her 17 year old cat down. We both cried.

Got something in my eye…

It is sad, but I must say it gives me pleasure in seeing that both Frank and Lesley did this together. As much as my ex loved all of our animals he could never find the strength to go with me for that last ride. I would have appreciated the company. When I had to put my last dog down, my precious Paris the Bichon, both of my friends came with me and stayed in the room to say goodbye as well. It made it so much easier for me although we were all in tears including the man who never had done this before either.

This comic is hitting hard today. I had to make the decision to put my cat down yesterday. After 16 years together it was a hard thing to do. It’s never easy to say goodbye.

Sorry Frank, I hope you and yours are ok and can heal. I don’t know what I would do if that were my baby. Hug and love each other.

This rips my heart out because I know how very painful it is to lose a pet. It’s excruciating. I’m so sorry for your loss.
