I’ve tried it and the 2000 calories/day diet. You’re constantly starving doing both.

Someone here counts carbs, so serving size is very important…

Perhaps reading the side of the box and not eating crap food would help as well…

how many servings are in a green pepper, an onion or a 1/2lb of mushrooms? None list serving size and I have never figured out if I eat enough servings of vegetables per day.

The serving size is what’s in the bag or box. Once opened it must be eaten else it goes stale.

I’ve been doing that with some success. But it is difficult when they can’t seem to package an even number of servings. “Servings per package 3.7.” Jeeze!

Cool Whip used to advertise only 5 calories per serving. Label said serving size was 1 teaspoon.

I tell myself that carrying my excess weight serves to strengthen my old bones. A form of exercise…right?

I always obey the serving sizes. I just don’t stop at one serving.

The “serving size” has nothing to do with a true normal serving size, it’s a marketing technique used to get people to buy the product.

Who are these tiny people used to determine serving sizes? … I stick to serving sizes; I just have four or five of them at a time.

If you look at the Food and Drug Admin website, a serving size is defined as what the government thinks the average person eats in a typical serving. Essentially the Recommended Serving Size is ridiculous. It has noting to do with anything related to what you should or should not be eating. For me, the Recommended Serving Size of Ben and Jerry’s is half a pint…lol
