This comic does not make sense to me. Rod hands the Fink a scroll. He states Earl is waiting for a response from Fink. He states the subject matter concerning the response from the Fink. Then on the scroll handed to the Fink the words “yo mama” appear.

Why does Rod say Earl is waiting for a response with a certain subject matter, but then the scroll seems to indicate the subject matter has changed drastically? Earl is waiting for a response, but read this scroll, and now he’s really not waiting for a response, but is obviously goading you so the question is already answered. Here is his response which answers the question, so he’s really not waiting for your response.
