If a person is vegan and does CrossFit, which do they tell you about first?

I would bet real money that the two of you will come up with something.

Not vegan or even vegetarian, but I know several. All very nice people and none “braggy” or “shame-y”. On the other hand, I do know a few people who think their omnivore ways are the only acceptable ways.

Sad.

It was bad enough having to avoid vegans but now there Ketoans to avoid too and they’re just as bad! I don’t care what you eat, I don’t want to hear about it!

I’m a second-hand vegan. I let animals eat the veggies and I then eat the animals.

I only ever met two “combative” Vegans who were itching for a fight and very judgmental. The most are pretty cool. Even had a vegetarian working for me when I had a chicken restaurant!

Apparently the vegan diet has affected their conversational skills. :)
