Sounds like anything “cheese” would work, along with the deep fried mushrooms and onion rings of course. Why no meat? Or as Blueiris pointed out why not chicken? BTW, yesterday I had a toasted cheese sandwich for lunch. An indulgence for me but it was delicious!
