Those are actually Fungus Flies. Pour bleach down the drain to get rid of them.

THIS IS WHY YOU FLUORIDATE THE TAP WATER. Also you could use a little baking soda and vinegar to clear those right out.

I saw an interesting fly at the end of a Vincent Price movie last night, The Fly – 1958. It had the head of the male protagonist on a fly’s body.
