My favorite family Scouting weekends were with the scoutmasters who were old hands at setting up the cooking area. My favorite guy could have five stoves up and the coffee perking before anyone else was finished with their tent. (He also knew enough to bring sugar and milk for those of us who never learned to take our coffee black.)
