Them were the days! Liver and onions…..

Gee, go figure that.

It seems that liver is something that people either love or hate. I love it with onions smothered in milk gravy.

Why is it I suddenly feel nauseous when someone mentions liver being cooked. I immediately flash back to that nasty ass smell in the house growing up…….and the dry heaving that smell caused me.

AAAaaarrrgh!!. Please no!! Stop! Think of the children! The HUMANITY!! …sob

Liver’s not bad when you pour Robitussin over it.

My mom ( last century) Loved to cook liver and onions for my dad. After she took a biology class where they studied liver flukes, she never cooked liver again. Were we glad!

Nobody has yet to comment on what the FUNCTION is of the liver. That is the real turn-off!

Ah, fried liver! Brings back childhood memories of all the smells that could make us yak! Right up there with buttermilk!
