When I was in college my breakfasts were generally 2 or 3 eggs and juice, sometimes bacon or sausage. My friends subsisted on cold pizza and junk food, or skipped it entirely. So now Iām old and fat, and theyāre old and skinny.
I was very old school in collegeā¦kelloggās pop tarts! They were a great meal substitute for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But I had a rule about not eating them more than once a day. I may not have been eating too healthy back then, but I had to set some limits.
Decades ago as I left the E T ride at Universal Orlando the store that sells E T merchandise wasnāt selling Reeses Pieces but they had Skittles. WTF?
