I personally use the ALDI Prince 6 blade mens razor.they are economically priced.
They marginally less sharp than the big brands, which is noticeable if you are haven’t shaved for several days or if you are shaving off a beard or moustache.
The 6 blades cut so close a shave lasts all day long and even at bed time there is no objectionable 5’oclock shadow at all.
When I awake the next morning there is still very little stubble.
I have tried the big name brands such Gillette and Shick which cost an arm and a leg, but the most number of blades you get on either of them is 5 and the closeness of shave is inferior with noticeable stubble detectable well before bedtime.
I’m surprised how complicated electric shavers can be… all sorts of devices, including little devices to soak them in to get them really clean… mostly to clean out your pockets.

I still shave with a single blade razor. But a single tined eating tool might be a bit too minimalist.

Nothing shaves better, more comfortably, than a single sharp blade, in a straight razor or double edge safety razor.

When you’re eating things that look like that, does it really matter???

Why use a ten prong when a rotary electric does such a good job and lasts longer? The head has dozens of blades.

Safety razor – one blade on each side.
