So…, Netflix and chill? From what I understand that can get pretty romantic.

Italy finally wins!

40 years ago Pizza and SNL was the standing date night.

Did you agree on the pizza toppings and the TV show or did you each get individual pies and watch separate TVs?

Nothing more romantic than a Hawaiian pizza, extra pineapple.

I’d say that’s an interesting compromise. And it’s cuts down on a lot of arguing in the process.

Perfect date night. The honeymoon is ongoing.

AKA Married Couple’s Date Night.

Pizza and TV sound just fine to me. However, I could have gone for Mexican food and an action movie, too.

That’s the way it usually works, my wife watching End Game for the Zillionth time and me reading a book.

Should have ordered an assortment of burritos and egg rolls and streamed Romancing the Stone.

As I have gotten older, I realize that I have less interest in the constant barrage of super hero movies . Too much endless action with no plot/ character development gets boring. Though the first Wonder Woman was good, as were the “ Dark Knight” movies.

Why am I not surprised.

Away went Uncle Ted’s vicarious joy.
