    The stereotypes of the past seem to have included these. Tall people are calmer and more easily listened to because their height gives them psychological advantage. Short people make up for lack of height by being more active and aggressive; Napoleon complex is one often cited example.

    Being in the middle range I can’t say if either is statistically accurate. I just experience days when my wife calmly listens to what I have to say and then ignores me and other days when she just ignores me. :} )=

    My mom often heard short jokes when they weren’t really made. One classic example was over a pair of shoes. I’d bought them, but then after a day or two they felt a bit short. I took them home to my mom because her feet are a size smaller than mine. I said the shoes felt a little short, so I thought of her — and she thought it was a short joke! Mind you, she still took the shoes and was happy to wear them.
