I keep thinking of when Booth and Herold were hiding out in Zekiah swamp in Calvert County, and Samuel Cox (the Confederate spy who aided them) gave them newspapers. He essentially got a series of “thumbs down” on the assassination… and Booth was livid! Trump’s not the only sociopath who thrived on social media opinions!

I got the news of 9/11 from a coworker who announced everything she told me in the same breathless tone of voice. ’You know what? I had lime jello for lunch!" So when she told me a plane had flown into the World Trade Center, I shrugged it off until I had a break two hours later and finally saw a TV.

And this was all BEFORE trump. The only thing missing is some celebrity saying something horrible that they really could’ve just kept to themselves. Delete your twitter.

In last panel, if one were to be more twitter accurate, the last line would be: “the furry snack your about to eat is going to survive but your not.”

I’ve never used Twitter, if it’s like that I’m glad.

This is from the Pre-Trump Era. It’s only ordinary idiocy and small mindedness.

“If we didn’t let Spaniards in willy nilly, we wouldn’t all be coughing from their flu right now!”

“Archduke Ferdinand? Who cares! What’s that got to do with Amurica???”

“You can take my blunderbuss if you can manage to pry it from my grasp once I have passed into the great bey” Ran up against the late 1700’s character count
