Not sure why the elephant paddocks. I had figured the quarries to free the men there.

If they can make it there they can make it anywhere.

If I were Tarzan, I’d hide in Merala’s quarters. Nobody would think to look there.

You know what Tantor calls Merala’s spearmen? Squishy toys.

The spearmen will have to be either very brave or very stupid to face a herd of angry elephants with only spears. The odds are on stupid.
