What loyal warriors? Loyal to whom? How does Tarzan know there is a seething revolt in the city? Why are the rebels waiting for Tarzan to give them the sign?

Oh, and did cavemen have cities? Answer: No. Cavemen are paleolithic, cities neolithic.
