I’m sure some of the hospital staff amongst us will have something to say about this. ;-)
I referred to mine as “my dance partner.”
That’s certianly an interesting way to enrich the patients during the course of their stay.;-D
When I was 11, I had to have surgery, and was in the hospital for a week. I shared a room with two other boys about my age. We used to tear up and down the hall in our wheelchairs. All the staff was nice to us, even so.
So, they all had the pole position?
The IV halls of Spencerwood Hospital.
Meh. I’m waiting for the colostomy bag relay race. More drama.
“Here! Hold my Ringers Lactate… and watch this… I’m gonna carve a 360 ollie on that wheelchair ramp while ridin’ fakie!”
“WAIT! Lemme get one more squirt off that Ringers! If I don’t make it…you can have the rest!”
This is one race you definitely want to win. With all those open-back hospital gowns flapping in the breeze, the view from last place isn’t pretty…..
Those people look way too happy to be the ones on IVs.
I think I’d rather see it at one of those downtown clubs.
I wonder how many pit-stops they each have to make to get the worn casters replaced?
Where the term “blow out” takes on a whole new meaning…
One Hundred Meter Enema Run
Making the best of a bad situation…..
But ouch if you outrun your pole…
Amazing what amphetamines’ will do for you, just watch out on the come down.
Makes you wonder what they are puttin’ in those IVs.
The winner does a pole dance.
They should do an Operation tournament.
The winner will probably needle the losers.
