The best thing about SNES games is that most of them are remade for the game boy advance. The best one has to be Zelda: A link to the past for an extra fun dungeon. Good luck beating that. We ALL need it.
WHY IN MY DAY WE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE PHONES! IF YOU WANTED TO TALK TO A FRIEND YOU HAD TO WRITE IT OUT ON A PEICE OF PAPER! NOW GET OFF MY LAWN YOU WHIPPERSNAPPER
If those are things from dad’s childhood, then I’m probably roughly 10 years older than him, but having lived through all that stuff too, I can’t say I’m nostalgic about any of that. BDs are light years better than VHS, it’s great not having to lug around a folio of CDs and can just stream whatever genre of music I’m in the mood for, and not having to stand around in about a 10 foot circle to talk on the phone? Yeah, I don’t miss corded phones (phone I grew up with was a rotary phone, and certainly don’t miss that). That’s not to say that I don’t have nostalgia for things from my childhood, I do agree with being nostalgic for older gaming systems, or rather the games that were on them, although in my case it was the NES, not the SNES. But for the most part, I generally don’t have nostalgia for obsolete technology.
When i was a kid i talked some on the old wall crank phone ,rode in the Rumble seat of an uncles car and helped crank the handle to start an old Ford my grandpa had ,and hand cranked homemade icecream!!

That’s stuff he does while she’s away.

I mean he could have done some of that if his parents had a camper.
Incidentally you could even watch some cartoons if you had GBA and those video carts, even if the quality was poor:-D.

He could have done it with an extension cable to a tent in the backyard.

The Peanuts strips that are running now also have to do with getting out of summer camp.

Is there a reason she’s not going back? I don’t recall that being brought up but I could have forgotten.

I want her to go to camp as well and see what’s new with Stevie, the boy she kissed on the lips, Susie and Ringo.

If you’re charging your phone with a cord, it’s talking on a phone that has a cord.
