Nightmare….

Nothing to do but go out and get wet!

As long as it’s not a thunderstorm, rain can be fun (to play and be out in) … and rain gives us mud puddles to splash in.

When I worked retail, I enjoyed it when my weekday off was rainy. I’d open the curtains, put on some music, play some of my favorite tunes, and curl up on the couch with a good book & one of my cats. Heavenly!

Summer school…some are not.

As a kid in Illinois, playing in the warm summer rain was always a treat.

I remember way back when we first moved to Virginia 50mumble years ago, I loved to go out into a summer rain and play. We very seldom got thunderstorms back then. As I got older, we started playing out in the rain less and less because we started getting thunderstorms with lightening more and more. Now it seems like almost all (real) rain storms are thunderstorms.

Need to live in someplace like Hawaii where even when it rains it’s warm. I love going out in that kind of weather.
