We had ourselves a big ole lightning storm tonite! Flashing across the sky with jagged bolts everywhere. Haven’t seen that for some years. I hope they didn’t start fires or cause damage. The wind is blowing hard enough that people’s security lights keep coming on.

In our fast, ever-increasingly busy lifestyles, the observance encourages stepping back and looking at ways to simplify our lives. It’s an opportunity to declutter and eliminate the unnecessary burdens that weigh us down. Even taking a few moments to tune into nature helps us to refocus and find balance.

I guess my dog can celebrate “National Different Colored Eyes Day”. One eye is brown and the other half brown and half kind of a bluish-white.

I think Dunderhead just might apply to that sweet confused little pooch.

That doesn’t sound like a very nice holiday. On another note, saw four rabbits, seven robins, a chipmunk, a dragonfly, and two butterflies while out walking today.

I have been on gocomics literally for YEARS now! I have come to “know” and KNOW a few people here. A couple of us talk on the phone. Yes, you can still talk to a person on the phone :-D :-DI have lost some friends here. They are missed greatly! Especially Carmy, Linda, tcar, and some other sweet friends.
