Sally, can you think of a reason that so many little kids did that to you? Could it be something that you may have said or done, that had such a reaction?

Sally has always been loud and demanding, but to see her bully other children was too much. She got what had coming and I’ll bet she learns nothing from this experience.

She’s too self centered to see she’s a hypocrite. That sounds like a politician!

This was first published 47 years ago (which, interestingly enough, was ‘74). Today the motto is “Talk tough and carry a big gun”. I’m glad I no longer live in the US.

Why shut up after you speak softly?

A lesson for all of us.

Sally’s Beagle Boat Lack of Diplomacy didn’t work out very well.

I agree with Snoopy. She was just using him to bully others. That is just not right.

Even better advice: Turn the other cheek.

Nothing softer than shutting up.
