OK, I’ll give Ol Al a B+ for this one. The headlines are BS, but the commentary is cute.

You wish. The voting rights act is going to happen one way or another. Which will destroy all those illegal and undemocratic laws that the Republicans are trying to force onto their state. Republicans politicians should be ashamed of themselves.

In Al’s universe, obstruction and incompetence is rewarded, which is why he’s hoping the RWNJ’s get the nod next year. Not likely however, unless they succeed in disenfranchising enough voters before their voters die from Covids.

Federal money was provided for landlords as well as renters but states often used it for “other purposes” and much has not been distributed. Hopefully any that was given to landlords went to people that own a building or two instead of all of the banks, hedge funds, real estate conglomerates and foreign “investors” that own far too much real estate in the U.S.

I would like to see Al evicted from GC. Alternative views are good, but trash propaganda is not.

Only time will tell, many of the Democrat voters are still in lines in Mexico or in grave yards in the the States.

I think the mid-terms will not go so well for the dems. If they were held today the republicans would own the majority in both the Senate and House. But we’re still over a year away and things do change.

No, the American people don’t want to go back to a Daily Clown Show.

We now have sane, stable, respectable, professional leadership.

As opposed to a yelling moron who doesn’t nothing but brag about himself and insult other people.

Left out the CRT. Highly emotional and very effective for swaying parents especially in the suburbs.

Spending = keeping Americans from drowning, improving all forms of infra-structure. Inflation = pandemic, base effects, supply chain issues, higher oil prices. Crime = Pandemic, The onset of the pandemic had a massive impact on crime in the U.S., with large drops in almost all types of crime except for homicides and shootings.Immigration = an issue for decades, Some Republicans have sought to have it both ways, accusing the White House of being too permissive while also attacking the administration for detaining large numbers of migrants; The problems at the border are very real, but they are also long-standing issues for which the crisis narrative offers only one, false solution: that illegal immigration can be prevented by the ruthless application of state violence, repeated attempts at crossing after being turned away—and not a surge in the number of new individuals crossing—seem to be responsible for the rise in apprehensions.

How can we “evict” them (vote them out) if the voting systems are corrupt (according to GQPs)?

Just a few more months until the great Vote Suppression election

Just as an example the Republicans think it is “Equal Protection under the law.” for there to be one ballot Drop box per county in Texas.

Harris county population 4 million. One Drop Box. Each ballot needed to be verified by an election official. Time to drop off ballots more than 8 hours

Loving County Texas One Drop Box population 82 That isn’t 82 k or 82 hundred !!!!

Eighty Two. One drop box per county. Time 8 seconds

THAT is how voter suppression works

The border crisis that 45 created prevents me from visiting my friends in Canada because of the more poor management and lack of direction in handling the pandemic. Is there another crisis that Al is alluding to?
