You mean AutoCorrupt?
(That’s bizarre! AutoCorrect did not correct that!!)
AutoCorrupt, say, you’re correct! Weird.
Corrupting comes too easily and automatically and naturally to many
… and can be difficult to undo and/or correct.
Correcting takes a lot more deliberate focus and work
… and it doesn’t come automatically. (Automatic doesn’t usually last.)
What grinds my gears is when somehow it deletes part of what I’ve just typed.
Try speaking the word “deck” and see what you get, as in “that’s a hard deck to play.”
I hear ya!
I saw a t-shirt that said, ‘AutoCorrect, I’m getting tired of this shirt!’

AutoCorrupt keeps changing my tests.
I am always amazed at how different spelling checkers seem to be baffled by plural forms and technical terms.
It’s redlined “trillionaire” multiple times. I add it to the dictionary and again it’s redlined. Am I being paranoid or are we not supposed to think about the trillionaires?
It’s a constant battle. If I don’t proofread what I thought I wrote, then I am doomed to have some really strange substitutions.
