Thanksgiving, the highlight of October!

“And by the time you get all your Hallowe’en candy, you’ll be rid of me!”

Assuming Nate just got back from Oktoberfest, he should be in a good mood.

And the return of all things pumpkin and pumpkin spice.

You gotta admire the chutzpah of a guy who calls himself the “8th month” when he is really tenth in line.

In Australia, Nate’s counterpart is welcoming October as the harbinger of a beautiful summer!

He showed up here yesterday. No candy but he brought some major very cool wind. I welcomed him with openarms. He didn’t even need to mention candy.

“Checkpoint Charlie” was entirely too easy for undesirable months to get past, which is why Nate took over.

Yeah, but you have to wait 31 days for Halloween and the month is over. What about the other 30 days.

Thanksgiving comes first here. Then Halloween.
