now i’m again feeling guilty for waking up chipper and going to bed when i’m tired (and actually sleeping well in our new, quiet location)…

I am kind of living my life backwards: I started off an old man, I’m now a 72-year-old child.

That is 100% true for all ordinary humans

last night for the first time in a VERY long time…i sleep through the night & didn’t have to get up to go pee…being a diabetic, i am usually up at least once or twice a night…

Stay off the evening coffees, Aunty.

Gee, you’d think the wine would help.
